Aroma

A high level of sweet from fruit is perceived, with a moderate low touch to species and alcohol. It has a soft malt character with citric presence, acid and carbonic touch.

Appearance

It has a distinctive pale orange color. The cream is dense, persistent and white.The crystallinity of the must is medium and has a cloudy point.

Like

The combination of flavors to species, is mixed with intense citrus nuances, maintaining a soft tone of malt but with a moderate alcoholic degree. The carbonic notes make it an easy drink beer that will make you thirsty.

Maridage

Ideal for mature cheeses, meats, tartar and sushi. A perfect combination for fish and carpaccios.
